Eric Waldrop

With over 20 years of experience, Eric is a certified strength and rehabilitation specialist passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals while improving overall health. As an NCSA and NASM certified trainer, Eric focuses on physiological balance and functional movement to prevent injuries and enhance performance. His favorite training style includes strength circuits using a pre-exhaust superset format, combining strength and cardiovascular benefits. Known for his energetic and motivational approach, Eric is dedicated to bringing out the best in every client. “ 

Patrick Judge

Patrick is a NASM-certified personal trainer with 10+ years of experience specializing in strength training, mobility, HIIT, weight loss, and rehabilitation. With a background in psychology, Patrick brings a unique perspective to fitness, emphasizing the mind-body connection. His training philosophy prioritizes proper form and mobility as the foundation for safe and effective movement, while consistency and goal-aligned nutrition are key to long-term success. Patrick strongly believes that “a healthy body is a healthy mind” and encourages clients to embrace fitness as a means to enhance both physical and mental well-being. 

SKYLAR POLLEY

Skyllar Polley is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a Pilates certification, and 3 years of experience in the fitness industry. She specializes in strength training, functional fitness, weight loss, mobility, and HIIT. Skyllar’s approach to training blends discipline with intuition—encouraging clients to show up consistently while also listening to their bodies for long-term sustainability and success.

Her favorite workouts include Pilates, strength training, and running. Clients can expect a motivating and balanced training style that emphasizes both physical and mental growth. With a background in rehabilitation and personal experience rebuilding strength during challenging times, Skyllar helps clients push their limits while staying attuned to their needs.

Emma Harper

Emma is an NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with 5+ years of experience specializing in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and stability. She emphasizes the mind-body connection and prioritizes sustainable, personalized fitness routines over perfection. Emma’s favorite workouts include resistance training, kickboxing, and yoga, offering variety and balance to her clients. Known for tailoring each session to her clients’ needs and energy levels, she focuses on proper form and adjusts intensity based on individual goals. Emma is proud to be a part of the Top Shape team, helping clients achieve lasting success.
