The mission of Top Shape Personal Training is rooted in building professional relationships with our clients; we seek to know and understand our clients in order to accurately interpret their goals and design a curated exercise program which will guide them into the achievement of those goals. With years of success and experience, we have proven to be capable in helping our clients to achieve their goals and to avoid training related injuries in the pursuit of these goals. We will guide you through your personalized routine in a safe and effective manner, as well as work to keep you accountable and motivated. Our facility provides a wide array of exercise equipment; we have the capacity to perform rehabilitative exercises, functional exercises, as well as traditional weight training routines. Our trainers are certified in a wide array of training philosophies, and are able to match the perfect routine to your goals and exercise personality.
Top Shape Personal Training is a unique personal training facility. We value a low-volume business model to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident with our trainers and within our facility. We offer 60 minute, 45 minute, and 30 minute sessions. Each session is booked with your trainer and is designed with your goals as a priority. The superiority of our sessions is found in our ability to maximize your time by implementing multiple facets of exercise importance into each session. Your session begins with a guided warm-up to ensure that your mind and body are adequately and safely prepared for your exercise routine, and each session is concluded with targeted massage gun therapy techniques and assisted stretching in order to maximize your flexibility as well as lead your body into a post-workout cool down.
